I bring nearly a decade of experience as a dedicated physical therapist, combined with a specialized focus on infant development. My journey into this field began with a deep passion for supporting families during one of life’s most transformative stages: the first years of a child’s life. Over the years, I’ve worked closely with countless families, helping their little ones overcome challenges, achieve milestones, and thrive in ways that bring lifelong benefits.

My role as a professor further shaped my perspective and ignited a commitment to education and empowerment. Two years ago, I noticed a significant gap in accessible resources and community support for parents eager to help their babies grow. Many parents I encountered felt overwhelmed and underprepared to navigate their baby’s development and milestones. Recognizing this need, I set out to create a resource that bridged this gap and provided not just education but also encouragement and connection.

Grow and Go Academy was born out of this vision—a platform designed to equip parents with the knowledge, tools, and confidence they need to nurture their baby’s growth and development. At Grow and Go Academy, we offer evidence-based strategies and insights, paired with a warm, supportive community of like-minded parents.
